| Dear Christian Friends
I am incarcerated in the Adamsville City Jail
because I have a problem with alcohol and drugs. I'm asking that you
pray with me for God to remove these thorns from my side.
I would like for you to pray for my mother and
family also, because they too have suffered because of my addition.
I have re-committed my life to God and with the
prayers of Bro. Alan plus people like you, I know that God will make a
way.
P.S. Thanks for the razors, lotion and other such
items you have been sending.
Your In Christ

| To My Friends In Christ;
Thanks once again for the fits you have been
sending. Our incarceration has been more comfortable because of
Christian friends like you. Our relationship with the Church and
Bro. Alan is stronger than ever. We ask that you continue to pray
for us and our family. May God continue to Bless your Church and the
good works you are doing.

| When writing you, I feel as though
I'm communicating to my extended family. The things you have done
for me while being incarcerated will never be forgotten. I look
forward to the day I can visit your church and thank you personal.
Bro Alan continues to add to that part of me that needs spiritual
growth. I continue to look to the hills from whence commeth my help,
realizing that my help commeth from the Lord. (who sends
people like you) Please continue to pray for my family and me. I will do
likewise for you.
Yours in Christ,
In-mate Adamsville Jail

| I would just like to say a word and
to about Bro. Alan's work he does at the jail. It was a true
blessing for him to show up at the jail the other day, and help out all
the ones that didn't have hygiene for their selves. It seems to pick up
the inmates here when he shows up, not to mention the word of God
and the good news about Jesus Christ he brings. I have
been praying for 6 months for someone of God's family to lay hands on me
and pray for me. And then Bro Alan showed up. I thank and give
God the Father for using him. and my prayers to the Ones that are backing
him. I truly see Jesus in him.
It makes a difference, Johnny

| I was born January, 29, 1960.
My daddy was a drunk who beat me from age 2 till I left home on January
17, 1974. I moved to the streets of Ensley where I will eat whatever
I could. I stayed in school by using wrong addresses. Then on
May 6, 1976 I moved to Woodlawn, lived there for one year. Moved to
West Jefferson, stayed there one year, then to Sayre back with my mother
and step dad. My grandfather was a preacher who died when I was 13
years old. All my life has been a fight to stay alive. I left
school at age 17 and went to work. Got married in
1982.
I am still married now to the same lady.
Been in and out of jail all my life. But my wife stays by my
side. I have 2 boys that need me at home but I am here in jail
again. I love my wife and kids and would like to be with them.
But I know I can not be. Maybe with hope and I will be with them
again. All my life has been drugs and fast cars. I have never
used anyone to get what I want and never will. Donald Glover
PS Please see if my wife and kids need
anything, I think they need food.

| My name is Anthony Craig and I'm in
Adamsville City Jail for a 3rd DUI. I've attended the sermons that
the. Chaplin has had here. I'm doing weekends here and work during
the week. The sermons have been helping out. My life has
changed in some ways and I'm doing good. I've lost my job and I'm worried
that I might loose my anger and do something wrong. I'm afraid that
I might loose everything I own and my wife. I hope that things will
happen for the best. Thank you for understanding my position.

| My name is Scott and I just wanted to
let you know how grateful I am for Alan Boesel helping me to become closer
to God and to Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior. I've had some very traumatizing
things in my life since the murder of my father last July. I feel
that maybe I have slipped a little from God. But I've always known
God makes or allows things to happen for a reason. I've had a
mental and physical problem that I'd been dealing for about 19
years. The other day I got down on my knees and prayed to our Lord
God, Father in heaven and "Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior to take
away some of the mental obsessions I've had, and they were taken away. I
ask everyone to pray for me, for strength, guidance and knowledge in the
world we live in today. I ask for prayer for all the people of the
world who does not know the Lord and the word of God, the Holy
Bible. Thank you so much, James Scott
