HEALED BY GOD'S POWER

On Sunday morning February 10, 2002, I went to Sunday School as usual and was in the wonderful Upper Room Class at Adamsville Church of God. Today was different, to me that is, I felt something in the air I had not felt in a long long time.  Don't get me wrong it's there all the time; but TODAY was MY day. 

Lynne began to teach under a heavy anointing and then she called for us to stand and begin to praise the Lord and those who had needs to claim them. Well, I raised my hands and got totally lost in the Lord.  Because I had been in so much pain in my back and upper legs, I could not stand for long, sleep well, or really sit for long periods of time like on a trip in the car, etc.  

I then was totally enthroned by the presence of God; not knowing what was going on around me. But I did not care, this day it was me and GOD.  I was told later that Lynne and several around me laid hands on me and begin to pray, but that is not the issue at hand.  The main point is through FAITH and BELIEVING and TRUSTING in GOD and NOT giving up, the power of GOD on this day went through my whole body, not like a lighting bolt or a jolt of electricity but in a powerful way I can not explain. 

Now, today, 3 weeks later, NO PAIN.  NO MEDICATION has entered my mouth. I was taking Celebrex, Flexeril and ibuprofen daily, more than once a day to try to have some relief.  Now I have this relief, and not from meds but from the hand of the Almighty GOD of Heaven who created me.  He has totally healed me. 

We had a wonderful service Sunday Feb. 17 and the Holy Ghost moved in a mighty way. I was told that I danced and danced in the Spirit for a long long time and you know what?  I still have no pain.  You are talking about someone who could not even stand through a whole choir song or service.  I hurt so bad; but now it's gone and all the glory goes only to HIM.. 

JESUS by whose strips I was and AM healed!!!  Praise HIS NAME FOREVER!!! People, healing is real, only trust fully, believe and have faith not wavering and get lost in HIM.  HE has promised to do a work and he is no respecter of persons who ask HIM. Trust HIM today.
